1994 Honda Civic

My daughter has a 1994 Honda Civic; we don't have the owner's manual. Can anyone tell me what the check engine light being illuminated might mean?

If you buy the shop book it will have list of check engine codes and how to diagnos them unless you want to just take it to a honda dealer ship and pay some one $40 or more to hook it to a machine and thats just to tell you whats wrong... :smokin:
