They weren't kidding when they said that there would be modifications to the rear bodywork and wing?
And I guess the snow plow nose didn't work for them, so they went McLaren way. I do like the car! :D
Hmm. Put that rear end and Williams' front end together and we have a totally different car to what the cars have looked liked for years.

Since making its track debut earlier this week, the Renault R24 has been quietly getting on with the job of putting more and more miles on the clock.
Observers point out that the front end shows little change from the R23 and that the big differences are at the rear end and sides.
Our spies tell us that the R24 to be officially unveiled in Palermo, Sicily, on January 29, will look radically different from the car currently running at Barcelona.
We're told that the launch car will, "look more radical - and radically right - than any other F1 car for years."
As previously reported, the main reason for the R24's early track debut is to get mileage on the new engine in anticipation of the 2004 rules. That said we hear that the new engine is as powerful as its predecessor, "nothing more, nothing less."
Finally we hear that the R24 has been built very much around Alonso, who gets his first taste of the car today.
