electrical problems--'95 ti

someone help, please! I've had my ti for a few years and i've been having a recurring problem. When driving, the gas gauge, oil temp gage and clock will stop working and the car will not start until i replace the fuse for these instruments. I brought it to a dealer (big mistake) and they did the electrical diagnostic and said that there was a short in the tail light assembly, which i replaced. now the problem is happening again. Anyone have a solution?
