Lost my keys!!!

The other day I lost my keys and I cant find my spare set. 2 monhs ago I got a new ignition, I belive its a GMC not the same type that was in my 1992 3.1 lumina. Anyways how can I get another set, or Im i stuck getting it towed and getting yet another ignition?
