Please Help Asap!!

Yo everyone i have a 91 civic si hatch i got 2 questions my tilt steering is F*cked i lift it up i press down it drops all i have to use is one finger so if any one knows about that reply back and my car is 5spd and wen left in neutral for about 5-10 mins it stalls if u know any thing about that reply back asap i wanan get these things fixed right away thanx Latezzz!!!

first you need to learn how to talk i cant understand a word your saying. so rewrite what your trying to say.

I dont know about the tilt steering, but your problem with it stalling out could be a number of things. It prolly just need a tune up.( new plugs and wires, oil change, distibuter/roter button, fuel filter) Try all that and see if it keeps doin it
