I've came to a problem in my search of the right body kit (yes yes bodykit=rice blah blah blah) regardless...I am looking at the BW rear bumper and it has two spots for an exhaust on each side. If I were to go with a dual exhaust setup what would be effected? Performance? Sound? I'm going to go with the SKunk2 MegaPower exhaust. Thanks in advance

yea..see the thing is...it's actually going to hurt me more than anything and it would only be for looks so in my opinion I think I'll just go with a different bumper...lol not worth it...even though this is going to be a more show than go (mainly show) it still doesn't need to be hampered that much more on power

I had dual's on my integra (see car domain site), I never noticed a difference in HP from stock, to single, to dual.... I say go for it, you wont regret it, its not like you are going to loose all this HP, you will loose some low end torque (According to people that have tested it, but i never felt a lose of anything)

You lose a great deal of back pressure.... meaning you loose alot of torque and low end. You might actually see a slight increas in high end... way way high end, but I doubt you'll ever see that day come. You can lessen the air flow to each muffler by making it a smaller piping, or add a silencer on both.. or you can even have a dummy muffler.

If the catback pipe is 2.5" back to the Y pipe, and splits off to two 1.25" pipes, that would seem the same... but then you'd have to weld the usual 2.25" mufflers to the 1.25" pipes somehow. A whole lot of headaches for looks though. Ever see modded MR2's where they made the dual exhaust into one single exhaust? They did that for a good reason..

They have aftermarket dual exhaust kits for them, sure, but all it is is one pipe coming back and branching into two mufflers.. gayness.
