i dont know about burnouts, but i used it on my undershirts and they're really white now!

lol but really i heard a myth somewhere about that

putting a wet substance on tires or the ground around them will create more smoke because the heat making the wet substance evaporate will create steam as well as the smoke already coming from your tires. plus having something wet on the road allows the tires to spin more freely and break tractions easier.

but...since this has absolutely nothing to do with drifting...
