My Bonneville Won't Start

I have a 1988 Bonneville that won't start. It is getting spark, has compression, it is getting fuel, mybe to much though? I have replaced the camshaft sensor it was cracked. I have had the ICM tested. It does not send me any diagnostic codes. It has had a previous history of an unreliable idle. Some days it will and some days it wont.
