noob turbo questions

i plan on turboing an h22a, what modifications do i need for the fuel system? what internals need to be replaced? i've also heard that the h22a doesn't turbo very well because the cylinder bore is too wide, is this true? if it is, should i consider sleeves for the cylinders? don't know too much about turbos, thanks for the help.

fuel mods
bigger injectios, new fuel pressure regulator, 255lb in tank fuel pump, some thing like a afc to tune it all,
internal mods, the whole bottom end, pistons, rods, re sleaved block, knive edge crank ect..
you can run 8-10psi on a stock internaly h22a with proper fuel managment
