S-AFC install and CEL came on

Hey whats up
I just put in an S-AFC in my 97 LS. I double checked all the wiring before i put the car on the ACC position and everything was wired up correctly. i followed the wire n diagram for my car on the APEXi website so i know i installed it correctly. Okay, so i turned the ignition to the ACC position. I then set the vehicle type to four cylinders with the throttle arrow going up. The sensor type i put in PRESSURE with IN=06 and OUT=06. after i did that i then started the car and the CEL came on. the error code was a 3 which meant that i had either a low or high input from the MAP sensor circuit. so i turned the car off and double checked my wiring again. everything was connected where it should be - 2 grounds , MAP sensor wires, RPM, TPS and Power were connected correctly. i checked the AFC again and i went to the sensor type menu but the PRESSURE option wasnt higlighted i think the KARMAN one was highlighted. so i put it back on PRESSURE. i reset the ECU started the car up and the CEL came off. i've been driving the car for 4 days now and the CEL didnt come on again. so im guess in i fixed the problem but im not too sure. if you guys have any suggestions to why the CEL came on it will be appreciated. all the sensors work -rpm, throttle, press, corr, etc.
oh yea any of you got ur AFC dyno tuned yet? all my settings for high and low throttle are set to zero. i havent added or taken away fuel from it yet. im planing on get n it dyno tuned once i put in my I/E/H and MSD ingition. but what are your settings for your car if u have em?
