MP3 CD Changer

I have a 2003 GT V6 Tiburon with the stock Infiniti stereo (cd player/cassette in dash). I would like to add on an MP3 CD changer, and have been looking at the 10-disc NeoChanger and would like that or something similar (I would rather not get the kind of changer that broadcasts through the FM radio). Does anyone have any experience with this type of changer in their Tiburon with the stock radio? I see that Hyundai is not listed as a compatible manufacturer for this particular changer.
An online review of the NeoChanger that I read stated that it is limited by what your car CD changer controls can do. So for his (and mine), the controls only work for up to 6 CDs, so it seems like the other 4 slots would be pretty useless from what he is saying. And the car cd controls aren't built for mp3 discs, so I'm not sure how easy it would be to maneuver them.
Will I be able to find an MP3 CD Changer that will work with my stock stereo or will I end up having to purchase a new stereo in order to do this?

unless you have inputs on your stock radio(which you prolly dont unless it comes with a cd cahnger) then the only way of making the cd changer work with it is to get a FM modulator. this is the thing you said you didnt want, but it is the only way it will work without buying a new radio.

oops, I guess I didn't make it clear in my original post that my stock stereo does have the inputs to hook up the changer. My question really has to do with controlling the changer once it is installed, as the controls on my current stereo (obviously) aren't for controlling MP3 CD's and will only control up to 6 discs in the changer.

you could by a changer with a wired remote. the controls on the stock radio might be able to control the changer though.
