Despite the 2004 season not having started yet, the FIA are announcing regulation changes for 2005. They must have had a quiet christmas and decided they needed to justify their existence again.

I'm not completely convinced the super rally format is a good thing, but maybe I'm just afraid of change. It might make things more interesting.

I think they're starting to move in the right direction. Though not convinced with the super rally format as well.
