shifting

Should I manually shift with O/D off or with the O/D on or just leave it in drive.

Umm..

What exactly do you drive. Im guessing a Mustang. You should take it out of OD and shift it manual. Or get a shift kit for it. That would be the best option.

Shifting it manually is a bit more stress on the trans. So I'd just leave it in Drive and shut off o/d most of the time. I would only manually shift it if i really really wanted to beat the person.
