Integra Climate control panel

Two questions:

Has anybody tried to change the colors behind the climate control panel on a 3rd gen integra?

Also:

How do you get the climate control panel out? I tried but I can't get it to pop completely out.

there are hidden screws behind the two switches, hazard and defrost.
