new car?

I am thinking about buying a new car and I would like to know what is the fastest new car 0 to 60 or 1/4 mile with automatic trans for less than $23,000. JB

The Nissan Altima might be right up your alley. The SRT-4 and the WRX put up about the same for a bit more then that.

Thanks YogsVR4, I know the Nisson is a good car, but I sort of did not comsider imports for an automatic transmisson because I heard they had low torque. I have never had an import before. JB

Nissans usually have torque, V-6 Maximas and Altimas are fast. :grinno:
