Which has biggest bed size????

Hello everyone. I purchased a 4cyl. Tacoma, reg. cab quite a few months ago. I was wondering in order of smallest to biggest, can you list the bed sizes of all the tacoma series trucks??? I'm considering trading this one I got and get another one w/ a bigger bed.
