whats the differnce part wise? seriously thinking of getting a cv/tc/gm and i just need to know the differnce so i can get the 220 hp. my goal is 350 NA and acap(as cheap as possible), some where below $2k (parts are damn expensive!)

The 86 and newer cars came with a standard firing order roller cam, so a Mustang cam will bolt right in with the firing order change. The 86 and newer CV engines came with the miserable E6TE head. Swap a better set of heads on.
A carb conversion on a motor with a good cam and heads will yield your 350 NA HP under budget.
