b20

ok i have a 1989 honda prelude with a stock engine in it (b20a5) and i am having trouble finding parts for it. i would like to get a good 250-300 horses out of it if i am able to.
any help on places to get them from would be great.

also i heard that any b series part will fit a b motor. is that true? if it is how much work is involved with a head swap.
