b16a block

I have a b16a engine and im planning on buying Je pisotns 8.5:1 CR. and Darton Sleeves.. I wanna go up t 22psi on my engine... Im wondering.. can the stock block of a B16A handle the 22psi i wanna get?? And how much HP can a stock block of a b16a handle?? Please Reply guys.. need ur help.. ow, i wanna make my SIr into a weekend drag car..
