Last week I went to Target and found this Ferrari for $17.99. It was the last one so I decided to buy it. I'm very happy I bought this. Here some pictures at this site.

I bought the same one back in December, along with the Murcielago.

Hows the quality on those? I've been thinking of getting them, but not sure about the quality.

Who makes them, and what is the scale?

Both of these models are 1/18 Hotwheels "West Coast Custom" series. While many people don't like the oversized rims, the overall quality of these models is quite good.

The quality is still no where near the level of Kyosho or Autoart models. But its some of the best quality offerings from Mattel.
