v6 crx

I just wanted to get a bit of discusion going as what the craziest engine swap you've every seen done in a 4th gen. please lemme know. i'm looking for stock horse power, originality, size ect.

i saw with my own eyes a rex with a NSX motor ib the hatch bay.It was the shit!

i saw the focus v8 short block in one. 400 something horse power.

i have heared of 4th gen with 1st gen eclipse motors in them

I remember a long time ago seeing a picture floating around of a CRX with the Accord V6 motor in it.. But no one was sure that it ran.

It could be done, but WHY!??!

That'd be pretty tight to have an AWD civic with the 4g63 eclipse engine.

I've seen the NSX powered CRX... the "CR-NSX" :)

It was built by Mahdavi Motorsports, out of Milburn Georgia I believe. I stopped by the shop a couple years ago while they were building it and it looked pretty promising, the I saw it at Hot Import Nights back in 2002 and took some pictures, if I had a scanner I could post them up.
