Cold Start problems!! God I hate these...

Hey guys...new to the board, so be nice. Already ran a search on the site, nothing came up, so I'm going to throw it out there and see if anyone can lend me a hand!
Mom has a 98 Caravan w/ a 3.0. Running around 85k on it. Lately she says it's not been cranking over for a cold start. I'm assuming ignition relay for now...but I've been told Chrysler's ASD could also be the problem. What I need if anyone can get it, is the specs on the ignition relay (resistance), and maybe the same for the ASD, or at least how to check it. Any and all info is much appreciated.
