hey i am buying a new computer and i am wondering whats the best program to buy to desigin decals and graphics 4 my car is thanx

I'd go for Photoshop 7/8, if u buy it, than go for 8.

corel is pretty good for making designs too.. i find it hard to creat stuff from scratch with photoshop

:werd: no joke either. Someone told me Paintshop Pro was good for designing from scratch too

Try photoimapact 8 or XARAX.
Photoimpact does almost everything PS does and costs a lot less($49 i think)
