2001 TDI Inline coolant heaters

The newer engines do not have frost plugs to install a block heater. Therefore i need some kind of inline coolant heater that will circulate the coolant through the block. If anyone has installed one on theirs could you please tell me where i could get one, how much they cost and how to install it.
