Mirror covers fall off ?

Ok.. so now both outside mirrors have managed to have the outer plastic cover fall off. Luckily, both times they decided to break off, I was in a parking lot and heard them hit the ground. I had to use epoxy, RTV silicone, and a long woodworking clamp to get them to go back together. Just wondering how many other Trans Sport owners have had their outside mirror cover fall off ?

Well maybe GM used bad sealers / rubbers or something. My back hatch window is falling off my 1997 Trans Sport. How is yours? If this trhing falls off it will kill someone! I am looking into having it fixed and brought it to the attention of my insurance company and window repair place. It has to be broken first. HMM I Call that a failure and broken! DEFECT!!
