Radiator Issues

Need everyone's opinions on this. I bought a 95 Chrysler LHS with 123,000 miles on it. Ran great up until a few months ago. It's clean in the motor looks anyways and the car seems to have been taken care of but with the high mileage think things are starting to happen.

First thing I noticed was if the heater or a/c was on while idling and not driving it would sometimes make this weird hiss noise when it was turned up high almost like a water or air sound. not sure what. it happens while driving but very rarely. normally while idling.

Problem #1 - I'm sitting at Wal-Mart idling for abotu 20 minutes and all the radiator fluid shot out underneath the car and I had to refill it. That was about a month and a half ago.

Problem #2 - I leave work today after the car sat for more than 7 hours and I come out to all the radiator fluid on the ground. I checked the tank and it was TOTALLY empty. Went to Wal-Mart with another vehicle and filled it up then came home just now.

Are all these problems related to each other and if so does it sound like a hose issue or something minor or the worst a bad radiator ? Thanks in advance!
