The problem with JDM exhausts is that they are likely to be mirror images of the exhausts that would actually fit on your cars. With the transformation from right-hand-drive to left-hand-drive, a lot of things under the car become a mirror image of the original. I am still looking into this however.

I am adding a poll to this topic, please vote on it based on what you are 'considering' purchasing; nothing final. Thanks!

I think exhaust for Japanese and American 240s are all the same... Not quite sure tho

So... whats the verdict on the exhausts?

I have no idea what those things on the poll do, so I didn't vote :D

the problem is that the signl or hazard lights won't work. I've checked the fuses and they seem to be ok. What else could be the problem?

Im thinking of getting a V-AFC II but the engine I have now is not V-TEC, but I plan to do a V-TEC swap later on. So would it still work on a non V-TEC engine because I want to get this deal, then use it on my other engine when I get enough money.

Yes, it will work. Just leave the VTEC signal wire disconnected until you swap in the new motor. If you are going to change ECU's to accomodate your new motor (should get the ECU with the engine) you can then tap the VTEC signal wire. If you are doing an OBDII to OBDI swap, your VAFC wiring will work with the adapter harness.

I like the whole line up of A'PEX products. In fact I am looking for a sponsor right now. Anyways I think your whole development process is great and I am going to use most of your products on my car. (if I only had the money)

You want a 8.5 quarter-mile :grinno: Let me guess, you expect to do that with your daily driver, on street tires and 87 octane gas? lol

No one cares either way - this thread is to figure out if there is enough interest on the products, so please stay on topic.

We should be able to offer really great pricing if we get 50 S-AFC II and 50 V-AFC II.
We are planning on doing the group buy solely on these two products initially as that will keep things simpler. Exhausts are quite big and it may not end economically reasonable to ship them from Japan (the price may end up being more).

However, the price we are shooting for the AFCs is $285 shipped, including the JGTC special edition version of the S-AFC II (different colors).

:eek2: we`ll be getting the JGTC special edition version of the S-AFC II? I can`t wait! Will it also be available for the V-AFC II, because that`s what I`m planning on getting. Thanks

I'm looking for a duel boost gauge and turbo timer but would be interested to know a price on a boost controller as well. I am currently looking at £40 ($89) for a duel and about £300 for the electronic boost controller ($600)

so far, we plan on having this stuff organized and ready to go in about a month. I think we will go with 50 of S-AFC II and 50 of V-AFC II. It will all be shipped here before we get the total 100 orders however, as I am sure we will have no trouble selling them.
