sunroof motor

i think the motor for my sunroof is giving out... its really slow, and if it gets cold at all it doesn't even work. Has anyone ever replaced one of these. I also need to replace the sunroof glass cuz mine is cracked all the way to the edge. any ideas on how to get this done?????

It's a big job to replace the motor. You pretty much have to remove everything above the belt line, rear seats, rear trim, and quarter trim panels of the car to get at it (if you have a hatch).

You can replace the glass without all the work (I'll post a pict for you).
