will the damd front bumper work on regular lancer???

i was wondering if this bumper would work ....i was going to buy that evo 7 conversion kit but i like the damd front bumper ...i was going to buy the evo 7 kit and use the damd front bumper will that work ..and will it line up with evo hood right ?
