ok so i noticed alot of threads in the past few months about remote starters, and i have been following all that has been said.
With the wicked cold around here lately and my habit of leaving for work when i should be there, i have decided to get a remote starter so my car will at least be a little warm for me to drive.
i want to get a DEI and have been to their site. Now they say not to install on a manual tranny. but i want to just bypass the clutch switch so it will work, i always leave my car in neutral anyway so i'm already in that habit.
My question is when they ask for vehicle info (i'm assuming for wireing purposes) what car should i tell them, obviosly gs-r doesn't come in auto, could I say i have a gs and all plugs wires etc will be the same.
thanks in advance
Will

You should be able to tell them you have a GSR. They're only liable if they install it on your car.

right i understand that but they said that they don't make the kit for standards and so i just want to know if i order one for say a 93 gs/ls if the wireing diagrams that come with it will be the same. and also the plugs, etc.
obviosly the neutral safety switch won't be there but i am already ahaed of that one.
