Hey guys,
I was at my art store today to pick up a few things, and I took a look at their markers (Prismacolour and so on) but don't know which ones are good. I need them for school and can always use them for my own art, but I know there are some markers that are blendable and some that are not. I need some of both.
Please let me know what you use or suggest. Thanks! :)

Well, I am not sure about blendable markers. I use Prisma color markers and you can layer them to change colors but I am not sure if you can take two colors and make a new color. I might have to try that.
You might want to buy the smallest set to test them out. Or hey my art store sell them individually so people can test them out in the store. I have read that it is better to buy individual markers that you need instead of those huge sets. I buy prisma markers from www.misterart.com.
I have heard from other artists in my local store that those are the best.
I hope that helps.

- ditto. i recomend buying separate as well. they are good markers but a bit pricey( 3.75 here in ohio).
