Hi, My friend was sitting in the passenger seat and she for some friigin unknown reason decided to roll the power window down when it was 16 degrees outside. Now it's about the quarter of the way down and I have already removed the entire door panel...but I can't seem to muscle the window back to the closed position. Can somebody please help? Oh and the rest of the passenger windows will not work either...and the drivers side will occasionally work.

Sounds like a wiring fault to me, Most cars with power windows have a button to switch off the window motors in case there's kids in the car or something. if your car has one of these, take it out and see if the wiring is alright, if all is ok, open the doors and see if there is any breaks in the wiring linkage between the door to the body(ensure the rubber grommet is fitted correctly),If the wires are exposed, pull back the rubber seal around them and make sure there's no breaks, If there are, rejoin the wires and seal them properly.

you should also check your main ground in the door, usaully the drivers side, if one of the windows is working there is a way you can bridge the switch to at least get the other window back up, let me know what year and make honda and i'll try to walk you through it. its real easy, just let me know.
