I have a 2002 Eclipse GS. I want to know if anybody has a manual transmission and all the parts included. Plus I will need a center console for a manual Eclipse. And if anybody has done this before and would like to give some pointers please feel free.

I honestly recommend saving the money and using the Sportronic system in your transmission. It should be standard. It will be less of a hassle than switching to a manual, and if you decide to sell the car later, it will be more valuable with an automatic than with the manual that you would be spending to put in. Just my two cents though. What ever you decide, more power to you.

Its a tough call. I helped a friend do this on a 2g NT, and let me tell you... Its a lot of work. I'd do a 6 bolt swap before I do another one of those ;) Nothing we couldnt handle, but the little parts will keep you waitng for months, and it will nickel and dime you to death ;) Choose carefully.

i'm a big fan of the movie Waynes World so recently i bought an old blue amc Pacer. I'd like to race it but its got an old engine and its an automatic. How much would it cost to get a new powerful engine AND convert it to standard?

Not sure if anyone can help you with that one. How many people in AF-Eclipse know the first thing about AMC's? you might want to search elsewhere.
