price of a z24

hey everyone im jsut wondering if anyone knows a guess of a price for a z24 engine 96 or newer im thinkn of buying a 96 cav the body is in perfect condition so is the interior but the engine is blown its only 500$ so im jsut trying to see if this is going to be a good deal or not please reply with any info thanks

well depending on where you get it expect to pay close to a grand for one in good shape. anything lower then 700 probably has alot of mile on it or has something wrong with it, but i you get one cheap then you could always get it rebuilt. and one that is already rebuild would cost you about 2,000
