Power Door Locks on Base Model Truck

I have a 2003 Silverado 2500 HD. It is the base truck with very few options. I found two doors off a 03' LS Silverado with power door locks, windows and mirrors. I removed all wiring and components and installed them into my truck. I researched and found that I needed to supply two Hot wires on each side and a brown wire on the drives side that connects to SP205 to complete the installation.
After installation was complete, on power windows worked. They work perfectly, and it did not surprise me that nothing else worked. I had assumed from the begging that I would have to go to the dealership and have the BCM programed to accept these changes. I took the truck to the dealership and we were unsuccessful in completing the installation. Using the Tech 2 Controller at the dealership, we were able to lock the doors from the controller, and we were also able to see that the door switches were working correctly. But the doors still don't work. Windows work fine door to door? All wire are installed correctly as manual shows.
Any ideas? Does anyone know the correct procedure on how to program the BCM correctly?
