Delco Battery

I'm sure this has been beaten to death, but it just happened to me. I didn't even know that Delco had a history of this problem. Went to leave work last night, battery dead. No warning. Sure enuf,
positive post pulled out of the battery. Acid everywhere. A box of baking soda and a garden hose later, pretty much cleaned up. Of course, had to replace battery. Any hope of getting anything from Delco?
