GSR & Type r heads?????

im going to turbo my ride. my set up will be an LS block and some type of heads to make it a LS/vtec, but i dont know what heads to use. i was thinking of Gsr or type R. plz resond with some info on my set up

Depends, everyone has their opinion about the two, but the ITR would better suit turbo because of the flow characteristics, while the GSR has a higher compression due to the shape of the chambers, so it would be more suited for N/A builds.
