Blink, Blink!!! HELP!!!

Ok...I have a 1998 Pontiac Firebird, 3.8L V6, Red...Awesome Car with Great Power (For The Much Hated V6). I also have a 1999 Pontiac Trans Am...which I purchased new in 1999. I purchased the 1998 Firebird at a great deal...that I couldn't pass down/up.
BUT, BUT, BUT....
I have a problem! There is a some work to be done on the 98' and I am not real sure how to do it, being I never had to work on the 99'.

98' Firebird:
-Left and Right Turn Signals on Front, do not work.(Left and Right Rear do) Is this a Bulb Change, or do I have to replace the WhOlE signal and everything? (Its a V6, so they're the ones next to the Fog Lights on the Front Bumper)
-Steering Wheel Radio Controls, On side lights up, one does not. (The Button with Volume, etc. lights up, the one with Seek, etc., does not) Is this a Bulb replacement, a Steering Wheel Repalcement, a Control Replacement??? Are they expensive...?

I have a 98 V6 Firebird and when I needed to change my turn signal lights because they went out because of moisture from drive thru car washes they would just not blink the back wouldn't blink nothing would blink. So I don't know what your problem is there because if you needed to replace the lights the back ones wouldn't blink (I think). Those bulbs are like two dollars if I can remember but they should be on when your driving too so if they are not on when your car is started they need to be replaced. And I don't even know if my wheel controls light up so maybe that is only the Trans Am.
