Axle ratios for the V8

i have a '66 and it has been changed to a V8 from a straight 6. What is the axle ratio for the V8. would the axle ration be something i need to change, since the new engine has more power to it?

Run the stang till it needs a new rear.

Its been a while since I was into the older model Stangs, but the 6cyl Stangs had pretty good rears in them.

It really comes down to if you want an open or a limited slip rear. I would go Limited Slip if I had a V8.
