need help on ls/vtec

ok im about to put the head together with the block im going to use the crank wrench and how many lbs do i crank if you a help me plz asap

and i have a gsr head and a 90 block

What are you tring to ask? Clear english would be helpful :rolleyes:

i dont mechanic talk the eight screws that hold the head down i think it call a torque wrench

ok i can explain it now im going to tighten the screws with a torque wrench i have a 95 gsr head with a 90 ls block i need to know how much is the psi when i tighten it can somebody help me

buy a Hayes Repair manual from an AutoZone or PepBoys or somewhere like that.
