Talon cheaper than eclipse??

From what Ive seen, turbo talons are much cheaper then gst or gsx of the same year, and milage(+-). The descriptions for both types of cars i compared say they are in excelent condition, mechanicaly and physicaly. Are talons made any differnt to cause this change in price? My brothers friend had a really shyty talon tsi but that might have just been a crap car in the first place.

other than the looks and the symbol there is nothing different... for ur info even the cigarette lighter is the same in both gsx and talon awd... both cars have the same engine.. i dunno why talon awd is cheaper... but personaly i dont like the ass and the spoiler of the tolon car... whereas mitsubishi eclipse's ass looks more like J LO... may be thats why its a bit costly (for having a j lo ass) :D

no wonder all eclipse owners want to ride their car more faster... longer ... and stronger.... all nite long (usually drag racing are at nite)...i'm innocent :)

if this is the goal we all want to acheive then we better mix a pill of vigorex or alzera in the fuel tank :D

The reason the talon is cheaper is all the ricers (and poeple in general) want the more recognizable eclipse/mitsu name.

not to get to hostile :mad: , but eagles are not a RICER, the reason talons where made cheaper, at the time Chrylser was making the engines and did't have to ship a s#$% load of parts over from MITSU, yeah alot of people want the MITSU name on there car, i say get the 95 and do the 97 converson, have best of both worlds, there the same car minus the logos :iceslolan

I use the word ricer excessively, and in jest. Dont take it seriously :) Just an FYI, all DSMs, wether talon or eclipse, were built side by side in the same exact plant. No difference on motors (also built in the US, IIRC) or where they came from, etc. Its all about the badge. I say go for the talon when people ask. More mod money. 1g talon is even better :D

Plus, 800whp can't be wrong. Talon's are better than eclipse because RS-Ricers don't bastardize my badge :) although I do like the 97 turbo wing from the eclipse, i realize so do most people.. and that's why i am staying stock-looking.

Ok, cool, we on same page. i just get all pissy when some one use's the word "Ricer" and DSM in the same line, opps, i did it :banghead: any ways, its all good, ill be going to the 97 body style in the next few months starting from the front and working my way back.
