96 Tahoe keyless remote programming

i have seen the info on how to program a 98 Tahoe. Does anyone have teh info to program the remotes for teh 96? I just bought the vehicle and hagve no remotes. I have bought two on ebay after checking teh part numebrs with teh dealer, and to not want to have to pay them $35.00 to perfom this task.
