JDM Type-S Strut Bar Install

Im a newbie to this forum, but I just purchased a JDM Type-S Strut Bar for my '99 SH. I went to install it last night and noticed that I may need some bolts to fasten it to the strut tower. Then I looked into the holes and it seems that my strut hat is blocking part of the hole. Do I need to rotate my strut assembly so it will clear the hole? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
