Tally ho people!

I guess this is when i start introducing myself; so here i go...

I'm 18 years and i hail from Norway... Yeah... That's right... That country in northern Europe with the fjords and the mountains and the polar bears and stuff...

I work as a stock broker and i have a dog... ;)

My cars:

1990 Volvo 240 GL...
My lovely "Maren"... She's a red beauty and aprox 1,6 metric tons of swedish steel... Lovely drifting car... This is the car i use during the winter and has been a daily use car for me...

As soon as i get my Mercedes done, i will change the engine on the 240 to a B230FK engine and then tune it to aprox. 250bhp with new exhaust and new air filter (of course) and a nice-sized intercooler and have the 240 as a drifter...

1994 Mercedes C200 Elegance...
This is my next project... A lovely dark blue metallic german gem. Currently there is a bit of small jobs to do on her during the winter. Mostly electrical like back right power window, indicator relè, el. sunroof.

Cosmetic and gadget plans for the car for 2004:
- New C-class mirrors with indicators
- Avantgarde grill
- Paint care on left front side infront of the wheel
- New C-class sports black leather seats
- New C-class black leather door sides
- New rims (of course)
- Standard Mercedes Espirit spoiler for the boot/trunk
- New wood-interior plank to go around the gear shifter... (It has a crack)
- DEFA Warm-up (Airconditioning that can be adjusted to start at e.g. 6AM... I live in Norway! It's cold sometimes :D )
- Convert to new C-class remotely controlled power locking...
- Exchange the current speakers with some new ones that are discreet.
- New C-class steering wheel

Performance plans for the car for 2004:
- New airfilter (of course)
- Chip
- New twin 2" stainless steel exhaust system with 2,5" endpipe

Next car...
Don't know yet which car will be my next one. It won't be an american car, since those are not too fond of bends...

Might get a practical car... An estate/station wagon... Volvo 940? Volvo 240? Volvo 850 AWD?

A sporty car? Porsche 928 or Porsche 944?

Or just get a fun car... A friend of mines sister has a 1994 VW Vento (Jetta MK2) that she wants to sell this summer... Might get that one and put the 2,9 VR6 engine from a VW Corrado or just a simple 2,8 VR6 engine from a VW Golf III, Caravelle or Passat... That would be fun...

Hey yo. Have you done any of the mods to your volvo yet. I am interested in getting a little bit more power out of my 240 also. If u got any just send them this way!

New car is purchased! I've got a 2002 model Volvo S60 now. Black beauty with 16" wheels, manual gearbox, "creme" leather and a 2-liter turbocharged engine.

Mods coming:
- Change to xenon lights
- New 17" rims (18" is too uncomfortable)
- Bigger exhaust
- New fully painted Volvo-mirrors with lights on the underside.
- EVOLVE front grille w/Volvo-logo
- Chip from 180hp to 230hp
- Performance airfilter
- S60R-instrument panel (techometer, speedometer etc)

Mods done per September 1st 2005:
- EVOLVE silicon hoses in engine bay
- S60R-brakes
- Made both rear foglights work. (supposed to only light in one)

In addition, i've had a very large service on the engine with all new "wear-parts", brake pads and such. Even pumped some more air in the tires... :D
