The smilies are in the Smilies toolbar.....where are you looking that you can't find them?

If you use either the Reply or Reply with Quote feature you should see it to the left.

You seem to have them, you managed to put them in your sig, which BTW is too large.

Please remove the oversize pictures from your signature, already!
