'Most' Easy to install....?

I was wondering which is easier, a turbo or a super? I realise a super is belt driven to there are more mods to be made. However on a car that DOES NOT HAVE STOCK turbo or supern (I.E. my 4.6l V8 Tbird LX), what is recommended for ease of installation?

(Common sense tells me a tubo, but thought I'd check ne ways)

EDIT: Turbos also seem to be cheaper, is there a reason?

Actually, I would say a super-charger is easier to install.

mmmm....i would have to agree. on a v8 supercharger would be way easier to install.

i dont know where your shopping for your turbo parts, but it's usually a bit more expensive than supercharging. especially with a v8, you'll be looking at a really large turbo, or possibly 2 large turbos..custom piping, intercooler/s, engine management, custom turbo manifold/s, blow off valves, custom downpipes, exhausts, all the headaches of first tuning for boost on a NA motor, oil and water lines to and from the turbo. there's alotta small stuff to consider, it's not just put a turbo here and go.

The same could be said about SC in a way, but it will be very much easier to replace the intake manifold with one unit that's designed specifically for your car.

for centrifugal superchargers, Vortech units need only be bolted up, a new belt installed, oil lines run to the charger, and the intake (not manifol) redone.
the kit comes with everything you need, including new engine control unit and fuel injectors.
all for 3-4k depending on model and if you buy the intercooler.
