Diagnostic Connector

Can anyone tell me where my Diagnostic Connector is on my 99 Nissan Quest GLE? Haynes shows 3 sets of wires by the starter motor (which my vehicle has), but when I pulled the one off that looks like the right one it has 4 wires instead of six.

The 96 and later models are suppose to have 6 wires but the one in the position that haynes shows only has 4, therefore my diagnostic connector must be located somewhere else, can anyone enlighten me?
