1989 Impulse Boost levels Wanted

I have a 89 Impulse Turbo and dont know if it already has a re boost kit on it. I installed a boost gauge and it is reading 10 pounds of boost at 5000 feet altitude.(Denver) It also has a stock blow off valve. Any help would be great. What is the stock boost level and reboost level? Thanks
