97 Achieva won't start

I have a 97 Achieva, which as soon as it got cold, refused to start. The engine turns over and putters slightly, but that's as far as it goes. I have good fuel supply and new plugs. I'm thinking ignition module or crankshaft sensor. Anyone have some solid info to help me test which?

Thanks!

Well, the code scanner reports no problems. I have replaced the crankshaft sensor, ingnition coils and ingnition module.... Still no spark. Anyone have a suggestion? Please?

This is an FYI for anyone interested. I finally pulled off my fuel rail after determining I had spark and tested the injectors to insure I didn't have any leaky ones as I had 2 fouled plugs after two weeks of testing (I had replaced the plugs two weeks ago). They were fine, but I noticed the o-rings had all but disintigrated. I replaced the o-rings and the plugs again and now she starts fine... for all of 3 seconds... My security light is now on. Does anyone know how to retrain the ECM for a PassLock cylinder?

Is just me or does half of KillerKeller_jr posts end with insulting people or being rude. He acts like he has PMS all the time, one minute he's helpful and nice the next minute he's calling everyone a dumbass.

No. After reviewing his posts, only about 10% are insulting or rude. 50% are attitude. I'll let you decide the other 40%.

Yeah, if you break the 40% down, about 23% of the posts is when he needs help or advice so he decides to be nice, and the rest of the time it must be someone else typing replies using his username.

Not to steal someone else's thunder, but it's a source for GM owner's manuals online. www.mygmlink.com
