headlamps don't work

first some background.I own A 95 taurus. yesterday at 9 pm lights worked. At 12am i brushed off the snow an turned the switch, parking, brake, hazard, and turn lights work, NOT the headlamps. I replaced the lamps figuring that was it. Not so ford dealer said that there was a recall on the wiring harness so i replaced both the switch and the harness still I've got no headlamps. I need help I'm stumped..
